By registering to participate, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Care and Responsibility
- You agree to treat the simulator equipment, screens, turf, and all facilities with care and respect.
- Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions will be your financial responsibility.
Clean Equipment
- All clubs must be clean before play — no dirt, grass, or residue on heads or grips.
- Only clean, unmarked golf balls (no logos, ink, or scuffs) are permitted to protect the screen and sensors.
Respectful Play
- Be respectful toward all players, staff, and other participants.
- Unsportsmanlike behavior, excessive noise, or interference with others’ play will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.
Safety
- Only one person may swing at a time.
- Stay behind the hitting line when another player is swinging.
Liability
- Participation is at your own risk. Fore Seasons is not responsible for personal injury or lost items.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fore Seasons from any damages resulting from your actions.
Cameras and Recording
- You acknowledge and consent to video and audio recording while on the premises.
- Cameras are used inside and outside the simulator area for security, training, and promotional purposes.
- Recordings may be reviewed to ensure safety, facility care, and fair play.
